Returns / Exchanges will be accepted only on the following conditions:
– We are notified within 14 days of delivery.
– The goods have not been worn or marked in any way.
– Same packaging (or similar) is used for return postage.
– Products are in transit to us within 14 days of us being notified that you wish to return them (tracking number must be supplied)
– Refunds generally take 1 – 5 days to process, but we generally issue them asap
– Exchange requests (as in, what you want to replace your item with) must also be decided within 14 days, not 6 months later.
– You cannot send an item back for exchange after the 14 day period without notice. It will be sent back Return to Sender.
– At this stage we do not charge a re-delivery fee (Australia only), however for larger orders (eg: if 2 pairs or more need to be replaced) then a re-delivery fee will apply.
**Note: Faulty products will be replaced and we will refund your delivery costs back to us. Please do not make a claim through PayPal first. Email us or SMS/Call us for more information. We are approachable and remember our SMS service is 24/7. Faulty products must be returned to us (or at least on their way back to us) within 14 days of receiving them. We will refund you if preferred. Note: Sometimes we will let you keep the faulty product if you provide good photos
