DELIVERY INFO & RETURNS

Shipping within Australia
Delivery time is around 7 – 14 days (depending on your location), sometimes quicker, sometimes longer. We order from Pleaser weekly usually on a Thursday night at 10pm (Sometimes also on a Monday night). This shipment takes 3 – 5 days to get to us. We will email you with tracking information once the order has been sent. If you have not heard from us after 14 days from the date of your order, please contact us. On occasion, a team member may offer to deliver your order directly to you. We’ll contact you to make a time that works for You. This will usually be in the Eastern, north eastern & south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Sometimes Mornington peninsula also. We do not offer personal CBD deliveries, these orders go via Australia Post. If you need something by a certain date, please check with us before ordering as sometimes items are either out of stock or we get a delay in shipping from our supplier.
Pick ups are welcome by appointment only. However, you must prepay for the products. We will contact you via SMS or email (whatever you prefer, let us know in Notes during Checkout) when your product has arrived in our office and is ready for collection. Stock to Go items can be paid on pick up (please message us with your request and we’ll hold it for 24 hours for you). We have EFTPOS.
Stock To Go stock can often be sent on the day (if received by 3.00pm) or the next day.
All items are sent with Australia Post standard delivery. You can request Express Post in Checkout, but it would only be sent once the product had arrived in our office (excluding Stock To Go products which are sent out straight away). There is now a delivery charge of $14.95 for Express Post. Sometimes we will send Express Post at our discretion (we tend to chose these orders randomly). Larger orders may be sent via Courier. Orders valued under $50 incurs a $9.95 delivery fee.
Standard Postage within Australia is Free
International
New Zealand – Free Shipping. We will use standard shipping to New Zealand (7 – 12 business days from day it is sent). However you can request EMS (Express – 5 – 8 business days) for an additional charge. Contact us for more info.
Rest of the World – We are now offering international to more countries such as Europe, UK, Japan. There is a flat rate of $30 AUD per order. We will send all orders standard international post. An extra charge may be required for Express (EMS)

 

Returns Policy

Returns / Exchanges will be accepted only on the following conditions:

  • – We are notified within 14 days of delivery.
  • – The goods have not been worn or marked in any way.
  • – Same packaging (or similar) is used for return postage.
  • – Products are in transit to us within 14 days of us being notified that you wish to return them (tracking number
    must be supplied)- Refunds generally take 1 – 5 days to process, but we generally issue them asap
  • – Exchange requests (as in, what you want to replace your item with) must also be decided within 14 days, not 6 months later.
  • – You cannot send an item back for exchange after the 14 day period without notice. It will be sent back Return to Sender.
  • – At this stage we do not charge a re-delivery fee (Australia only), however for larger orders (eg: if 2 pairs or more need to be replaced)
    then a re-delivery fee will apply.

**Note: Faulty products will be replaced and we will refund your delivery costs back to us. Please do not make a claim through PayPal
first. Email us or SMS/Call us for more information. We are approachable and remember our SMS service is 24/7. Faulty products must be
returned to us (or at least on their way back to us) within 14 days of receiving them. We will refund you if preferred.
