We offer free shipping for orders over $50 ($10 shipping for orders under $50), express post shipping (at a cost of $19.95) and 24/7 contact (SMS).

We do not have a store at the Victorian Market (this store is using our name without permission)

We do not carry all listed items in stock. We order weekly from our supplier, this shipment usually arrives the within 4 – 7 days and we send it straight out to you either that day or the following morning. We do have some stock on hand at our office. So if you need something sooner rather than later, peruse our Stock To Go category here (there is over 80 styles of shoes/boots here).

Can’t find a particular product?

If you know the style number or what it looks like, contact us. It may be discontinued, however we may still be able to get it in your size, or it may be omitted from our website (out of stock the usual reason). If it’s a Pleaser or associated brand and we can’t get it, no one can. Demonia’s sell out very fast and while we try to keep the site up to date, sometimes something sells out before we know it.
